可扩展的性能、存储密度和出色的功效

通用闪存微控制器 (MCU) 的 Atmel® | SMART SAM S 系列使用浮点运算单元(FPU),基于高性能的 32 位 ARM®Cortex®-M7 RISC 处理器。最高运行速度可达 300MHz,具有高达 2048KB 的闪存、双 16KB 缓存存储器以及高达 384KB 的 SRAM。Atmel | SMART SAM S 系列提供了大量外设,包括高速 USB 主机和器件与 Phy、多达 8 个 UART、I2S、SD/MMC 接口、一个 CMOS 相机接口以及系统控制和模拟接口。

  • SAM S70 – 基于高性能 ARM Cortex-M7 内核的 MCU 的工作频率高达 300MHz,具有高达 2MB 的闪存和 384KB 的 SRAM。
